JPMorganChase invites an experienced Lead Infrastructure Engineer to join a high-performing team focused on infrastructure excellence. You will drive proxy security, network reliability, and AI-enabled workflows for design documentation and validation.

Responsibilities include stakeholder management, onboarding and mentoring teammates, and developing runbooks and templates to improve service delivery. Flexibility to work off-hours is expected.

Formación

• Formal training or certification in infrastructure with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience installing, migrating, decommissioning Broadcom/Blue Coat devices incl. Proxy SG, ISG, CAS, SMC.
• Familiar with SaaS gateways like Zscaler or Netskope.
• Ability to deploy proxy-based security solutions and manage networks securely.
• Strong knowledge of HTTP/HTTPS, network security and vulnerability mitigation.
• Experience with REST APIs and container deployment models.
• Proficient in SIEM tools for investigations.
• Scripting in shell/python with Ansible playbooks.
• Networking fundamentals incl. VLANs, routing, switching, load balancing and firewalls.
• Willing to work 24x7 on-call.

Responsabilidades

• Client and Stakeholder management including consultations and expectation management.
• Update and create documentation and runbooks per engineering standards.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for Proxy issues.
• Collaborate with IT & business teams to align proxy solutions with goals.
• Contribute to change management by building standardized templates.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Use enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate infrastructure analysis and design documentation with validation and data sensitivity.
• Apply AI-assisted practices to identify recurring issues and validate remediation.
