JPMorganChase is seeking a Lead Software Engineer within the cloud reliability services to drive reliable, scalable technology products across the Loan Origination environment. You will be a core technical contributor, collaborating with product, architecture, security, and operations to deliver trusted software at scale.

Formación

• Formal training or certification on software development concepts with 5+ years of related experience.
• Proficiency with IaC tools (Terraform or similar) in AWS.
• Hands-on experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Proficiency in Java and Python technologies.
• Automation and CI/CD expertise.
• Experience across the full Software Development Life Cycle.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, security and resiliency.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with product, architecture, security, and operations to improve reliability across the LOS.
• Lead and develop resilient software solutions to boost LOS reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Lead evaluation sessions with vendors and internal teams on architecture and applicability.
• Develop secure production code and review/debug code written by others.
• Lead communities of practice to drive adoption of new technologies.
• Foster a culture of diversity, inclusion, and respect within the team.
