Job summary

Chuck E. Cheese International is seeking a Game Room Technician (Technical Manager) to service and repair arcade games, kitchen equipment, and ticket systems. You will read schematics, diagnose faults, and keep the game room running smoothly.

This role emphasizes safety and reliability, with opportunities for advancement and benefits including telemedicine, earned wages access, 401(k), and paid vacation. A military or technical background is preferred; eligibility to work up to 45 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to work up to 45 hours per week.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and be responsible for the latest video and arcade games, kitchen equipment, register systems and coin and ticket mechanisms.
• Troubleshoot, repair and/or replace defective electronic components, boards and computers.
• Operate stage show equipment and manage repairs and preventative maintenance, including lighting and sound.
• Maintain an inventory of electronic equipment, mechanical parts and tools.
• Maintain a budget and safety-focused attitude at all times.
