Job summary

Techunting seeks a highly technical Forward Deployed Engineer to design, build, and deploy agentic AI systems. You will bridge frontier Generative AI models with enterprise production infrastructure, write production-grade code, and orchestrate multi-agent workflows using Gemini CX / Vertex AI Agent Builder.

You will also maintain deterministic state machines via Dialogflow CX and build secure data pipelines.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on experience with Gemini CX, Google Cloud CCAI, and AAM framework.
• Proven work with Dialogflow CX, STT tuning, TTS, and telephony configurations.
• Strong Python or Node.js skills and experience with Google Cloud wrapper libraries.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy autonomous multi-agent systems using Gemini CX / Vertex AI.
• Orchestrate hybrid conversational workflows with Dialogflow CX state machines.
• Build RAG pipelines with Vertex AI Search to ground agents in enterprise knowledge bases.
• Develop secure backend integrations and webhooks with Cloud Run/Functions.
• Enforce enterprise security with IAM, VPC-SC, and data protection.
• Create telemetry pipelines to BigQuery and analyze insights.
