Nimble Gravity is seeking a Scrum Master – AI Delivery to drive predictable, high-quality delivery across AI and technology initiatives. This role collaborates with technical teams, data and AI groups, and leadership to keep delivery on track.

You will lead ceremonies, monitor metrics like velocity and cycle time, and remove blockers to ensure timely, quality outcomes. This position values proactive, collaborative, and adaptable problem-solvers who thrive in fast-moving environments.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in Scrum Master, Agile Delivery or project management.
• Experience with technical, data, AI, or software engineering teams.
• Strong Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
• Project management skills: planning, risk, dependency management, stakeholder comms.
• Experience managing multiple projects or workstreams.
• Strong facilitation, communication, negotiation and problem-solving.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Agile ceremonies across one or more AI or technology delivery teams, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Partner with Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineering, Data, and AI teams to ensure priorities and sprint goals are clear.
• Own delivery planning, milestone tracking, dependencies, risks, issues, and coordination.
• Identify and remove blockers across teams, including data access, integrations, security reviews, and shared services.
• Track delivery metrics such as velocity, throughput, cycle time, and unplanned work.
• Protect sprint commitments and help teams manage changing priorities.
• Coordinate work across multiple teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Provide visibility into project status, risks, dependencies, and timelines.
