ABB is seeking a Production Supervisor to support the second shift at the Jonesboro, AR facility. The role ensures efficient, cost-effective production that meets order demand, quality, and planning targets through coordinating plant equipment, personnel, and processes.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing, 2+ years of experience, and strong data analysis and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of experience.
• Computer literate - must be able to develop, analyze and present data from computer use.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and allocates resources to meet production targets efficiently.
• Leads capacity planning and resource optimization for the unit or line.
• Ensures on-time delivery targets for the production lines.
• Identifies deficiencies and oversees improvement actions.
• Manages resolution of critical product or equipment issues with internal teams.
