Siemens Energy is seeking a seasoned Service Project Manager to lead the LATAM SPM team within Gas Services and Control & Digitalization. You will oversee planning, coordination, and control of CD technical projects, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met across the region.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in electrical project management, deep knowledge of power generation systems, and strong leadership with customer-facing communication.

Formación

• More than 5 years of experience in managing technical electrical projects and Control & Digitalization solutions for power generation equipment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and control systems for power generation equipment.
• Leadership and team coordination skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Risk management expertise.
• Effective communication skills with customers and stakeholders.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Fluent in English.
• Preferred locations are Brazil (Jundiaí) or Mexico City; however, we are also open to candidates based in Argentina, Chile, or Peru.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the SPM team across LATAM.
• Manage contractual relationships and obligations with customers.
• Develop project plans, schedules, cost estimates, and resource plans.
• Prepare and monitor project status reports.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks.
• Monitor project progress against established schedules and budgets.
• Provide technical and analytical guidance to project teams.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and review project deliverables.
• Gather, analyze, and document requirements from users and stakeholders.
• Coordinate the integration and performance of internal and external suppliers as required.
• Review and approve external supplier deliverables.
