Job summary

Syngenta seeks a LATAM Product Chemistry Lead to drive regulatory chemistry for Crop Protection in LATAM. This role will connect LATAM regulatory teams with Global Product Chemistry, Production & Supply, and project teams to enable registrations and lifecycle management.

Experience interpreting regulatory requirements and developing technical positions.
Ability to prepare and present scientific documentation to regulators and stakeholders.
Strong cross-functional team coordination and project management.

Responsibilities

Manage regulatory chemistry for LATAM active ingredients and products.
Collaborate with Global Product Chemistry Managers and Regulatory teams to align strategies with LATAM requirements.
Provide technical expertise to internal teams, partners, and regulatory authorities.
Prepare and submit dossiers and documentation for LATAM registrations in a timely manner.
Advocate for the company with robust scientific evidence.
