Precision Medicine Group is expanding across LATAM and North America, seeking a Proposals Associate to build the foundation of our proposals team supporting clinical teams across LATAM and North America.

The proposal associate will develop proposals and change orders, assist in record keeping and provide internal and external customer service as well as other duties as determined by his/her manager in accordance to all departmental processes and timelines.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or 1 year proposal development experience in life sciences.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the entire proposal preparation process to meet timelines.
• Review client materials for project teams and leadership.
• Identify information gaps and translate into proposals and budgets.
• Develop full project budgets using Excel costing tools.
• Communicate and negotiate with partners and vendors for proposals.
• Prepare change orders and support client communications.
