Precision Medicine Group in LATAM is seeking a Senior Clinical Database Programmer to lead design, development, testing and support of clinical databases from startup through post-lock. You will collaborate with Data Management, Project Management, EDC vendors and clients to ensure data quality and timelines.

You will mentor junior programmers, contribute to SOPs, and help grow the regional data management team while ensuring compliance with CDISC standards and regulatory guidelines.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of clinical databases experience.
• Strong coding in C#/C++ and experience with CDISC standards.
• Proven ability to design, test, and validate clinical databases.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, development, testing, and support of clinical databases from startup through post-lock.
• Oversee programming activities, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide system administration support.
• Mentor junior programmers and train end users.
• Collaborate with Data Management, Project Management, EDC vendors and clients.
• Develop and maintain study-specific validation documents and SOPs.
