Assurant Services Argentina, S.A. is seeking an Accounting Transformation Specialist to support migrations to Oracle Global Finance Systems across LATAM.

You will work at the intersection of Accounting, Finance, and Technology to ensure data accuracy, process improvements, and robust financial reporting during the transformation. The role requires 3+ years in accounting/finance, experience with month-/quarter-/year-end close, and strong cross‑functional collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting, Financial Systems, or Finance Transformation.
• Hands-on experience with month-/quarter-/year-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, financial reporting, and audit support.
• Experience with ERP implementations, system migrations, or process transformation projects.
• Ability to work with both Finance and Technology teams.
• Intermediate to advanced English.
• Nice to Have: Oracle/Oracle Cloud ERP, SAP Finance, or similar ERP experience.
• Nice to Have: Power BI, SQL, Python, or data analytics tools.
• Nice to Have: Insurance industry experience.
• Nice to Have: Multi-country or regional project exposure.

Responsabilidades

• Support Oracle finance system migrations across LATAM.
• Validate, reconcile, cleanse, and map financial data.
• Partner with Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Reporting, and IT teams.
• Participate in testing, issue resolution, and process improvement initiatives.
• Analyze how system changes impact financial reporting and close activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru.
