Qualifications

• MD or PharmD/PhD with strong clinical and scientific credentials.
• 8–12+ years in Medical Affairs/Clinical Development with leadership experience.
• Deep knowledge of local regulations, promotional codes, and compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead country medical strategy and execution across prioritized therapeutic areas.
• Serve as senior scientific authority for assigned therapeutic areas and local guidelines.
• Oversee evidence plans including IIS/IST, RWE/HEOR projects, and non-interventional studies.
• Build strategic, compliant relationships with KOLs, payers, and academic centers.
• Ensure medical activities comply with regulations and company policies.
