Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an Associate Participant Payments Analyst to manage site and patient setup, initiate site communications, and perform peer reviews. The role involves inputting patient/site details into our SaaS payments software and supporting patient budgets and reimbursements.

Responsibilities include supporting start-up and closeout of payment services, ensuring accurate records, and collaborating with supervisors to improve processes while maintaining SSAE18 compliance where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, project management or health-related field preferred.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Support start-up, maintenance and closeout of patient payments service delivery.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement with supervisor.
• Ensure site and patient records support timely payments per SOW.
• Coordinate with Patient Solutions Leads to meet contractual commitments.
• Maintain master site lists and ensure required documents are received.
