Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Site Activation Specialist, ICF Lead for LATAM. This homebased role serves as the single point of contact for studies, coordinating with investigative sites, SAMs, and project teams to ensure timely start-up and activation in line with local and international regulations.

The candidate will manage feasibility, site identification, regulatory submissions, and critical deliverables while maintaining accurate records and providing regional insights to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field (required).
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical research or relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of country-specific regulatory requirements within one or more of the listed locations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SPOC for assigned studies, collaborating with sites and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, SOPs, and timelines.
• Perform feasibility, site identification, start-up, and activation activities.
• Prepare and review site documentation for completeness and timeliness.
• Maintain accurate data in internal systems and tracking tools.
• Provide insights from site performance to management.
• Communicate milestone completions to project teams.
• Support start-up and study execution with local regulatory expertise.
