Johnson & Johnson in Buenos Aires, Argentina is seeking a Manager, Business Analytics & Customer Insights to lead analytics for the Latin America region, partnering with oncology brand teams to inform pre-launch strategies and portfolio growth.

You're expected to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership, promote AI and forecasting adoption from the Center of Excellence, and help shape long-range sales scenarios.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, Statistics, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 8+ years in Business Analytics, Customer Insights, Marketing, Commercial Strategy, with leadership experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare, preferably Oncology and high-cost markets.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence decisions.
• Experience in regional or multi-country environments.
• Advanced English; Spanish required; Portuguese highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Act as strategic thought partner for Oncology; support local and regional brand teams.
• Translate data, analytics, and insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Partner with Latam South leadership to identify cross-portfolio opportunities.
• Accompany brand teams during key moments, ensuring timely, relevant insights.
• Promote adoption of AI, forecasting, and analytics from the Center of Excellence.
• Support long-range forecasting and 5-year sales scenario planning.
• Foster a data-driven culture while ensuring compliance with policies.
