A financial technology company is seeking an Account Executive in Buenos Aires to drive revenue growth and manage key sales initiatives. The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of B2B Fintech/SaaS sales experience and a proven track record of success in complex systems sales. You will work closely with a dynamic team to strategize and achieve commercial objectives while fostering relationships with high-level clients.

Formación

  • 5-7 years experience in B2B Fintech/SaaS environment with proven revenue sales.
  • Track record of selling complex systems ($250K-1MM+).
  • Ability to interact with C-Suite executives.

Account Executive Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for working within the Sales team to achieve quarterly revenue targets and other commercial objectives by marketing, sales and account management teams.
  • Partnering with other sales team members to deliver the strategic and tactical plan for revenue growth.
  • Ongoing track and evaluate all data points and always test new initiatives to learn what moves the needle.
  • Be hands on, work on, and win, your own key opportunities and personally assist individual team members to win theirs.
  • Work with what you have, or find work-arounds, to get the job done independently of tools, systems, processes or other resources in the being available or not

Basic requirements:

  • 5-7 years experience with proven revenue sales / growth within a large scale B2B Fintech/SaaS environment, preferably with Crypto/Blockchain sales experience.
  • Strong track record of sales for Fintech, SaaS, or other complex systems ($250K-1MM+)
  • Manage and maintain a reliable pipeline and lead funnel process.
  • Participate in strategy of new product ideas and estimating reliable revenue impact
  • Energized and engaged about opportunities to sell
  • Proven ability to execute on a revenue growth strategy
  • Fintech/SaaS technology sales background
  • Strong understanding of Tech, ability to interact with C-Suite of prospects(i.e. CEO & CTO) when necessary
  • Exceptional Communication and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Passionate about the Crypto and Blockchain space.
