Required are hands-on Kubernetes production experience, Linux fundamentals, and cloud exposure (Azure or AWS). The role offers a flexible schedule with remote and office options.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience operating Kubernetes in production.
• Strong Linux and command line fundamentals.
• Ability to debug complex systems from application to infra.
• Experience with a public cloud provider, ideally Azure or AWS.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the Kubernetes-based platform across cloud environments.
• Work with observability tooling to ensure actionable alerts.
• Manage incidents end-to-end, including RCA and post-incident reviews.
• Onboard and support new clients onto the platform.
• Build automation and diagnostic tooling to reduce manual effort.
• Identify and deliver process improvements.
• Support software and hardware upgrades and keep components up to date.
• Proactively manage capacity as demand grows.
