Job summary

CrucialPoint is seeking an Email Marketing Manager to lead enterprise ecommerce retention campaigns using Klaviyo. You will plan, implement, and optimize email programs across welcome flows, abandonment carts, win-back, and lifecycle messaging.

You will collaborate with clients and internal teams, manage Klaviyo setups, perform audits, analyze performance in Google Analytics, and deliver data-driven recommendations to improve engagement, revenue, and ROI.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing an Email Retention Marketing program for a B2C ecommerce brand (Email, SMS, Push).
• Proven ability to identify revenue opportunities and build content strategies for retention.
• Expert mastery of Klaviyo features, including predictive analytics, custom flow logic, and segmentation.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design within Klaviyo.
• Familiarity with CRM/CDPs, Shopify, and Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and client relationship skills.
• Comfort with remote work and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute email marketing strategies using Klaviyo aligned with client goals.
• Optimize and automate flows (welcome, abandoned cart, win-back) and signup forms.
• Create content calendars and ensure consistent messaging across campaigns.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate requirements into campaigns.
• Manage Klaviyo setups, integrations, and account infrastructure.
• Conduct Klaviyo audits to improve deliverability, design, and personalization.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide data-driven insights and reports.
• Ensure QA across campaigns and flows; mentor team members as needed.
• Stay updated on Klaviyo features and retention marketing trends.
