IQVIA in Buenos Aires, Argentina is seeking an Associate Participant Payments Analyst responsible for site and patient setup, payment processing, and liaison with vendors. This role ensures accurate patient payments and maintains related documentation throughout study timelines.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Patient Solutions leads, maintaining site records, and ensuring SSAE18 compliance where applicable.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a business, finance, accounting, project management, or health-related field preferred.
• Prior accounts payable/invoicing experience preferred.
• Data entry experience preferred.
• Experience with business financial applications preferred.
• Experience in client service at biotech/CRO/pharma organizations preferred.
• Prior data validation experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support start-up, maintenance, and closeout phases of patient payments service delivery.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement to the supervisor.
• Ensure site/patient records support timely and accurate payments within SOW terms.
• Coordinate with Patient Solutions Lead to meet contractual commitments.
• Maintain master site lists and manage setup documents (CTA, amendments).
• Post CTAs and amendments to SaaS software.
• Set up site and patient information and budgets.
• Perform payment processing and support patient customer service.
• Escalate and resolve patient-specific issues with vendors.
• Ensure SSAE18 compliance where appropriate.
• Peer review study setups per SSAE18 policies.
• Process requests in SSAE18-compliant manner to ensure accurate payments.
• Open/manage close patient trackers; prepare status updates for Sponsor calls.
• Report red-line items to Sponsor Governance Meetings.
• Act as escalation point for open issues.
• Other duties as assigned.
