Qualifications

• College degree.
• 1-3 years experience in Accounts Payable desirable.
• Knowledge of International Accounting Standards desirable.
• Knowledge of Oracle and invoice processing tools desirable.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Respond to supplier and internal inquiries in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve AP issues.
• Support specific countries with escalations as assigned.
• Assist with audits as required.
• Process Rush invoices as needed.
• Identify workflow improvements and suggest changes to processes.
• Follow Air Liquide procedures and promote safety objectives.
• Research and resolve invoices on hold and liaise with vendors.
