Air Liquide is seeking a Junior AP Analyst in Argentina to ensure timely payment of suppliers and accurate invoice processing. The role reports to the AP Team Lead and involves coordinating with multiple departments to resolve issues affecting accounts payable.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, supporting audits, processing rush invoices, and improving process efficiency while aligning with Air Liquide procedures and safety objectives.

Formación

• Education: College degree.
• Experience/Certifications: 1-3 years experience in Accounts Payable desirable.
• Knowledge of International Accounting Standards desirable.
• Knowledge of Oracle and invoice processing tools desirable.
• Language Requirements: English advanced; Spanish mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Process invoices and manage payables in a timely manner.
• Respond to supplier and internal inquiries promptly.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve AP issues.
• Support specific countries with escalations as needed.
• Assist with audits and rush invoice processing when required.
• Research and resolve invoices on hold; follow up with vendors.
