Air Liquide in Munro, Argentina is seeking a Junior AP Analyst to ensure accurate and timely payment of suppliers and processing of invoices. You will report to the AP Team Lead and handle invoice processing with attention to KPIs. Strong communication with other departments is required.

Candidates should have a college degree and 1–3 years in Accounts Payable, with advanced English and Spanish. Familiarity with Oracle and invoice processing tools is desirable, with a focus on process

Formación

• College degree is required.
• 1-3 years experience in Accounts Payable desirable.
• Knowledge of International Accounting Standards desirable.
• Knowledge of Oracle and invoice processing tools desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure accurate and timely payment of suppliers and processing of invoices.
• Process invoices aligned with predetermined KPIs.
• Respond to supplier and internal inquiries in a timely manner.
• Proactive communication with other departments to resolve issues impacting AP.
• Support specific countries with third level escalations.
• Assist with audits as required.
• Process Rush invoices as needed.
• Research and resolution of invoices on hold.
