Grand Circle Corporation in Buenos Aires is seeking a Junior Accounts Payable Analyst to join our onsite office. You will perform and monitor AP processes, ensuring accurate and timely payments to vendors while supporting analytic reporting.

The role emphasizes English proficiency, strong analytical skills, and meticulous attention to detail. You will work with an international team and participate in training programs to grow within the organization.

Formación

• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Accounts Payable experience preferred (not mandatory).
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with spreadsheets.
• Microsoft Excel experience is a plus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to solve problems.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Process and monitor AP invoices in accordance with contractual terms.
• Maintain professional communication with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Reconcile and analyze monthly AP reports.
• Identify, raise, and resolve issues promptly based on facts and guidelines.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.

As Grand Circle continues to expand its global travel offerings, we are growing our Accounts Payable team and are currently looking for a Junior Accounts Payable Analyst to join our Buenos Aires office.

Role Overview

• Perform and monitor Accounts Payable processes following company best practices.
• Ensure accurate and timely payments to vendors.
• Support analytical reporting related to AP activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Control and process AP invoices in accordance with contractual terms.
• Maintain professional communication with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Reconcile and analyze monthly reports.
• Identify, raise, and resolve issues promptly based on facts and company guidelines.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Previous Accounts Payable experience preferred (not mandatory).
• Strong analytical skills and solid knowledge of spreadsheet applications.
• Microsoft Excel experience is a plus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (no weekends).
• Work modality: Onsite.
