EPAM Systems in Argentina is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead end-to-end payroll operations for local employees while ensuring compliance with labor, social security, and tax rules.

You will handle monthly payroll cycles, final settlements, and tax calculations, act as the main point of contact for payroll inquiries, and collaborate with local teams on updates and reporting. Fluency in English (B2+) is required.

• At least 3 years of relevant experience overseeing payroll in Argentina.
• Hands-on expertise in monthly and final payroll calculations.
• Experience handling Income Tax (4th category) computations.
• Familiarity with social security contributions and the Digital Payroll Book.
• Experience managing vacations, leaves of absence, overtime, and termination processes.
• Experience working with payroll platforms such as Tango, Visma, or comparable systems.
• Advanced Excel capabilities for payroll calculations, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Strong written and spoken English proficiency at a B2 level or higher.
