Grand Circle Corporation, based in Boston with a Buenos Aires office, is hiring a Junior Accounts Payable Analyst to join our team. The role focuses on processing AP invoices, ensuring timely vendor payments, and supporting analytical reporting to improve AP efficiency.

Ideal candidates will have English fluency, some AP exposure, strong Excel skills, and a detail-oriented, collaborative mindset suitable for a fast-paced, growing organization with an international team.

Formación

• Fluent English both written and spoken.

As Grand Circle continues to expand its global travel offerings, we are growing our Accounts Payable team and are currently looking for a Junior Accounts Payable Analyst to join our Buenos Aires office.

ROLE OVERVIEW

• Perform and monitor Accounts Payable processes following company best practices.
• Ensure accurate and timely payments to vendors.
• Support analytical reporting related to AP activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Control and process AP invoices in accordance with contractual terms.
• Maintain professional communication with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Reconcile and analyze monthly reports.
• Identify, raise, and resolve issues promptly based on facts and company guidelines.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Previous Accounts Payable experience preferred (not mandatory).
• Strong analytical skills and solid knowledge of spreadsheet applications.
• Microsoft Excel experience is a plus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (no weekends).
