• 1-3 years experience in Accounts Payable desirable.
• Knowledge of International Accounting Standards desirable.
• Knowledge of Oracle and invoice processing tools desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Process invoices aligned with predetermined KPIs.
• Respond to supplier and internal inquiries in a timely manner.
• Proactive communication with other departments to resolve AP issues.
• Support specific countries as assigned with third level escalations.
• Assist with audits as required.
• Process Rush invoices as needed.
• Research and resolution of invoices on hold.
• Find new ways to improve efficiency of business processes.
• Promote Air Liquide's safety objectives.
