Formación

• Demonstrated knowledge of risk and controls landscape.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders across multiple teams.
• Strong understanding of governance frameworks and audit requirements.

• Manage and mature firmwide ITSM processes across Change, Problem, Incident, and Event Management.
• Ensure compliance with governance standards and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Drive process improvements that enhance service resilience and reduce incident recurrence.
