BlueView Talent is seeking a Customer Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers, delivering professional, personalized support across orders, accounts, products, and services via phone, email, chat, and digital channels.

Fluent Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2) are required. EU citizenship or Portuguese residency is needed, with a proactive mindset and willingness to relocate to join our onsite office in Argentina.

• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer support via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, deliveries, accounts, payments, products, and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, clear, and relevant information.
• Handle questions, complaints, and concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive and customer-focused approach.
• Support customers in navigating processes, platforms, products, and services.
• Accurately record customer interactions, requests, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and provide feedback to help improve processes and service quality.
• Stay up to date with company products, services, policies, and procedures through ongoing training.

Requirements

• Language Skills: Fluent in Italian (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
