Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT and at least 2 years leading technical teams.

About the Position

We are looking for an IT Lead with strong expertise in Cybersecurity to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading the company’s technological infrastructure, managing development and production environments, ensuring information security, and coordinating a team of IT specialists.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in both team management and infrastructure administration (on-premise and cloud), with solid cybersecurity knowledge. They should be capable of proposing improvements, implementing processes, and leading security audits aligned with international standards such as ISO 27001.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the IT team, assigning tasks and supervising results.
• Define and execute the company’s technology and security strategy.
• Collaborate with different business areas to ensure operational continuity and process improvements.
• Prepare reports on metrics, incidents, and progress related to security and infrastructure.

Infrastructure & Services Administration

• Manage and maintain company networks, servers, and systems, ensuring availability and performance.
• Administer environments in Google Cloud, AWS, and Azure (configuration, monitoring, optimization).
• Configure and manage networking equipment (Mikrotik, Unifi, DNS, routing).
• Supervise and guarantee database backup and recovery processes (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Firebase, etc.).
• Administer key services and tools such as Google Workspace, GitHub, Salesforce, AWS, SIEM (ElasticCache), and internal environments.
• Control and renew the company’s digital certificates.

Cybersecurity

• Monitor the security of corporate systems, networks, and data.
• Lead the implementation of security policies, processes, and controls.
• Conduct penetration tests and manage detected vulnerabilities.
• Configure and implement security tools in Google Workspace and other cloud environments.
• Coordinate security incident responses and prepare executive reports.
• Stay updated on threats, trends, and cybersecurity best practices.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT and at least 2 years leading technical teams.
• Proven experience in infrastructure, networks, and cloud services administration.
• Strong knowledge in cybersecurity, audits, and vulnerability management.
• Experience with Google Workspace Security, ISO 27001, and security policy management.

Desired Technical Knowledge

• Security solutions: Firewalls, proxies, SIEM, antivirus, IDPS, and related tools.

Languages

Advanced English (oral and written) – required.
