We are hiring an IT Infrastructure Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily support for calls related to infrastructure.
• Analyze contracts and ensure that contracted services are delivered according to standards.
• Guarantee that all deliveries follow the environment pattern according to global IT definitions.
• Monitor the operation of communication and data links, opening support tickets with carriers and following up on their resolution using the appropriate escalation matrix, if necessary.
• Support on-premise Windows servers and migration to Cloud systems (MS Teams/SharePoint).

Requirements

• Degree in Technology (in progress).
• Computer Networks: circuit activation, VeloCloud, Cisco Switches, documentation, and maintenance.
• Windows Server (GPO, Active Directory, DHCP, etc.).
• Virtualization with Hyper-V and Vmware ESXi.
• Knowledge of ticketing systems and ITIL processes.
• Advanced English.
• Driver's license (for cars).
