About the role

As a Senior/Lead iOS Engineer, you will build high-quality, user-friendly iOS applications that help millions find jobs. You’ll collaborate with designers and engineers in a remote team, influence app architecture, and drive best practices. This role offers professional growth, impactful work, and the chance to shape experiences used by a global audience.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain iOS applications with a focus on high performance, scalability, and usability;
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional engineers to deliver new features and enhancements;
• Work on job seeker experiences (job search, listings, applications) or employer-facing products (company profiles, branding tools);
• Identify and resolve bugs, performance issues, and technical bottlenecks;
• Contribute to architectural decisions, code reviews, and adoption of best practices;
• Ensure a high level of code quality through unit testing and adherence to development standards;
• Partner with UX/UI teams to implement intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.

Must Haves

• 5+ years of professional experience building iOS applications, ideally within LATAM markets;
• Strong expertise in Swift, SwiftUI, and Combine;
• Proficient in applying MVVM architecture and software design patterns;
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL;
• Experience in unit testing and ensuring high code quality standards;
• Strong eye for UI/UX design and ability to collaborate with design teams;
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills;
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team environment;
• Upper-Intermediate English level.

NICE TO HAVES

• Experience with large-scale consumer-facing apps;
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies;
