Corporate One Federal Credit Union is seeking an Investment Operations Specialist to support the investment sales team with analytical and operational tasks in Columbus, OH. The role emphasizes accurate trade execution, market research, and close collaboration with the investment team to drive client outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in investments, knowledge of fixed income instruments, and proficiency in Bloomberg and Salesforce, with Series 7/63 preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in investments or financial services.
• Knowledge of fixed income instruments (CDs, bonds).
• Series 7 and 63 preferred; support for licensure available.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Update daily offering sheets for CDs and investment securities for internal and external distribution.
• Deliver tailored securities offerings using market research and analysis.
• Assist in executing securities transactions and ensure accurate settlement and documentation.
• Serve as backup for client support via phone or email.
• Maintain Salesforce records, investment databases, and documentation.
• Support Asset Liability Management operations, including rate administration and security safekeeping.
• Assist with proposal generation, performance modeling, and presentations.
• Collaborate with marketing and compliance teams on outreach and regulatory documentation.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
