YO AI Labs is seeking a remote Equity Research Expert to contribute to a customer project focused on advanced financial analysis, modeling, earnings analysis, and sector insights. You will evaluate real-world equity research content and help train next-generation AI systems.

No prior AI experience is required. Scope includes reviewing datasets, earnings analysis, peer benchmarking, and developing investment theses with strong communication skills.

Formación

• Extensive experience as a Sell-Side Research Associate, Research Analyst, VP, or Director with ownership of company models and research.
• Experience covering multiple companies across several earnings cycles.
• Strong understanding of business drivers, financial performance, and valuation.
• Deep expertise in at least one sector, such as banking, insurance, biotech, technology, or other industries.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in earnings analysis, peer benchmarking, valuation, and event-driven research.
• Experience developing and defending investment theses and research views.
