Vestas is seeking a dedicated Service Department member to manage warehousing tasks and material control for wind turbine components. You will oversee stock accuracy, perform routine counts, and ensure timely replenishment of consumables and tools, while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.

Formación

• Excel advanced/intermediate proficiency.
• English reading: must be able to read technical manuals.
• Bilingual in Spanish desirable.
• Experience in warehouse control and inventory management.

Responsabilidades

• Generate SS analyses.
• Create outgoing spares and tool logbooks.
• Inventory of blade materials.
• Inventory of Spare Parts.
• Inventory and calibration of tools.
• Review inventory of Safety Equipment.
• Photo reports of the storage.
• Annual and monthly inventory counts and reports.
• Create PRs for consumables or tooling replenishment.
• Track PR, PO, STO and GR.
• Coordinate Spare Parts follow-up with Scheduler.
• Receive standard and urgent materials.
• Review, count and GR incoming stock.
• Consumptions of expedited materials to turbines.
• Create DEF materials and ship for repair loop.
• Responsible for all entries to storage / tracking.
• Update turbine structure when materials removed have SNs.
• Prepare and post GI for surplus.
