Vestas is seeking a dedicated Service Department member to manage warehousing tasks and material control for wind turbine components. You will oversee stock accuracy, perform routine counts, and ensure timely replenishment of consumables and tools, while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.

Formación

• Excel advanced/intermediate proficiency.
• English reading: must be able to read technical manuals.
• Bilingual in Spanish desirable.
• Experience in warehouse control and inventory management.

Responsabilidades

• Generate SS analyses.
• Create outgoing spares and tool logbooks.
• Inventory of blade materials.
• Inventory of Spare Parts.
• Inventory and calibration of tools.
• Review inventory of Safety Equipment.
• Photo reports of the storage.
• Annual and monthly inventory counts and reports.
• Create PRs for consumables or tooling replenishment.
• Track PR, PO, STO and GR.
• Coordinate Spare Parts follow-up with Scheduler.
• Receive standard and urgent materials.
• Review, count and GR incoming stock.
• Consumptions of expedited materials to turbines.
• Create DEF materials and ship for repair loop.
• Responsible for all entries to storage / tracking.
• Update turbine structure when materials removed have SNs.
• Prepare and post GI for surplus.

El Departamento de Service es responsable del buen funcionamiento de los parques eólicos de nuestros clientes, y de garantizar el máximo rendimiento de cada aerogenerador durante toda su vida útil. Además, se asegura de que los aerogeneradores funcionan a su máxima capacidad y generan la máxima energía para los clientes. En consecuencia, este equipo es esencial para mantener la fidelidad de los clientes a largo plazo.

Responsabilidades y tareas

• Generacion de Analisis de SS
• Generacion de Bitacoras de Salida de Spares y Herramienta
• Inventarios de materiales de palas
• Inventarios de Spare Parts
• Inventario de Herramienta y revision de su Calibracion
• Revision de inventario de Equipo de Seguridad
• Reporte fotograficos del Almacen
• Conteos anuales, mensuales y su reporte de Inventario
• Creacion de PRs de consumibles o reposicion de herramienta manual
• Seguimiento de PR, PO, STO y GR
• ETA Spare Parts Fup en conjunto con el Scheduler
• Recepcion del material Standard y Urgente
• Revision, conteo y GR de material que llegue a almacen
• Consumos de los materiales expeditados hacia la turbina
• Creación de los materiales DEF y su envio para el repair loop
• Responsable de todas las entradas hacia su almacen / Seguimiento
• Actualizar estructura de la turbina cuando el material retirado de ella sea con S/N
• Encargado de preparar y postear el GI de todo surplus

Conocimientos y habilidades

• Excle avanzado/intermedio
• Inglés leído: Es imprescindible poder leer manuales técnicos en inglés.
• Bilingüe en español deseable
• Experiencia en Control de almacenes. Valorable experiencia en un puesto similar, como en los sectores de manufactura y Oil & Gas.
