• Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring processes run smoothly.
• Customer Service: Address inquiries, resolve issues, and manage complaints to maintain high satisfaction.
• Staff Management: Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate station staff; schedule shifts.
• Sales and Financial Management: Monitor and achieve station sales targets; manage budget and costs.
• Fleet Management: Oversee fleet maintenance, readiness, and utilization; coordinate with maintenance teams.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements and maintain a safe environment.
