Accelleron Argentina S.A. is seeking a Service Station Manager for its Buenos Aires operation. You will be embedded in the country organization and report to the regional Operation Manager in Brazil, overseeing a team of 8 to 15 people in a service station and workshop.

Responsibilities include ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-efficient operation; leading maintenance programs, asset registers, and inventory; and driving performance to satisfy customers and support growth of the service business.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in team management (direct/indirect reports).
• Desirable experience leading mechanical workshop or facilities.
• Strong experience in facility management.
• Mechanical or Industrial Engineer degree.
• Desirable knowledge of rotating machinery principles and maintenance concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure HSE compliance and safe operation of service station and workshop.
• Lead and develop the team to ensure staffing, skills and high performance.
• Drive P&L and performance targets for service business, including Quote to Cash processes.
• Deliver service strategy, productized services, and customer satisfaction improvements.
• Oversee workshop maintenance, asset management, inventory, and cost control.
