Role: 100% onsite (Vte. Lopez)

Working hours: 10 am to 7 pm, including some Saturdays

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Bachelor's degree in Law
• Previous experience in customer service or related fields is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong empathy and ability to understand client needs
• Ability to analyze situations and propose solutions
• Familiarity with CRM and support software

Responsibilities:

• Conduct client intake interviews and gather case information
• Assess potential cases based on established criteria
• Maintain organized and accurate records of client data
• Communicate with clients for updates and additional information
• Perform basic legal research related to potential cases
• Refer cases outside the firm’s expertise to appropriate professionals
• Explain services and legal processes to clients, emphasizing that legal advice is provided by attorneys
• Collaborate with legal staff to evaluate cases and improve processes
