Randstad Digital is seeking an Infraestructure & Security Lead with Advanced English to join a leading energy innovation firm operating across the US, UK, and Argentina. This permanent, full-time role offers a hybrid model (4 days on site, 1 day remote) with initial onboarding on-site.

Responsibilities include designing and rolling out IT infrastructure, managing Azure/AWS cloud environments, leading data protection audits, and directing a 3-person team.

Formación

• 5–10 years of proven IT infrastructure experience.
• Experience building processes and infrastructure from scratch in small to mid-sized companies.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and leadership of technical teams.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and rollout network and IT infrastructure from scratch leveraging Microsoft ecosystems.
• Configure and optimize cloud environments in Azure and AWS, including identity lifecycle management.
• Lead data protection audits and enforce security baselines and protocols.
• Administer on-premise servers for high-performance computing.
• Provide end-to-end technical support for desktop and cloud infrastructure incidents.
• Explore and apply AI/LLM tools (e.g., Claude Code) to speed up operations.
• Manage and mentor a team of 3 direct reports.

At Randstad Digital, we are looking for an Infraestructure & Security Lead - Advanced English to join a leading edge energy innovation firm operating across the US, UK, and Argentina.

Employment Type: Permanent

Work Model: Full time, Hybrid (4 days on site, 1 day remote). The role will require full time on site presence during the initial onboarding period.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute the design and rollout of company network and IT infrastructure from scratch, leveraging Microsoft ecosystems.
• Configure, manage, and optimize cloud environments in Azure and AWS, including identity lifecycle management (onboarding, offboarding, and modifications).
• Lead initial data protection audits and enforce baseline security measures, outbound barriers, and protocols to safeguard corporate information.
• Administer on-premise physical servers dedicated to high-performance business computing software.
• Provide end-to-end technical support, resolving both basic desktop issues (printers, connectivity) and critical cloud infrastructure incidents.
• Explore and apply Artificial Intelligence tools (such as Claude Code and other LLM models) to accelerate operational and development processes.
• Manage, motivate, and structure the workload for a team of 3 direct reports, ensuring goal alignment and technical growth.

Technical Stack:

• Proficiency: Advanced command of Microsoft Azure, AWS, Windows Server, Active Directory, cloud security controls, on-premise server maintenance, data protection auditing, and AI/LLM automation tools (e.g., "Claude Code").
• Experience: 5 to 10 years of proven experience in IT infrastructure roles, with a strong background in building processes/infrastructure from scratch in small to medium-sized companies, hands-on troubleshooting, and leading technical teams.
