Redtree is seeking a Semi-Senior Structural Engineer to support analysis, design, and development for industrial facilities, power generation, and mining projects. You will perform hands-on structural design with emphasis on steel, RC, foundations, and equipment supports, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
The role focuses on engineering execution, calculations, and drawings, with growth toward senior technical positions within Redtree's LatAm team.
Formación
- 3–6 years hands-on design and calculation in industrial/energy sectors.
- Experience with structural steel, reinforced concrete, foundations, and supports.
- Proficiency with one structural analysis tool (Robot, SAP2000 or STAAD).
- Advanced English, written and spoken.
Responsabilidades
- Perform structural analysis and design of steel, concrete, foundations, and supports.
- Develop calculations, design packages, reports, specs, and construction documents.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and the Revit modeler.
- Support field investigations, site visits, and construction support.
- Assist with project scoping, budgeting, scheduling, and estimates.
- Provide engineering support during procurement, construction, startup, and commissioning.
