Formación

We are seeking an Industrial Product Designer to join our team, contribute to innovation, and help shape the future of our digital PPEs and accessories. This role will focus on the design, development, and manufacturing refinement of our product, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to bring ideas from concept to production.

Responsibilities
  • Keep on designing and developing our digital PPE product line and accessories.
  • Drive the full product development cycle: design, engineering, prototyping, and production set-up.
  • Collaborate with local and international suppliers to ensure manufacturability.
  • Conduct product testing, prototype development, and validation.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate technical documentation.
  • Oversee the transition from concept to mass production.
  • Perform ergonomic analysis and validation/homologation tests of components and finished products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Hardware, Firmware, Platform, and Operations.
What we are looking for

  • Someone eager to take ownership and co-create projects with the Industrial Design team.
  • A self-motivated, detail-oriented designer with a passion for product and industrial design.
  • A methodical thinker with a strong problem-solving mindset.
Key Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in an industrial design studio or as an industrial designer.
  • Hands-on experience in material selection, product refinement and production.
  • Familiarity with sensors, electronic devices, enclosures, and issue-tracking systems (e.g., MIL).
  • Proficiency in parametric 3D modeling software.
  • Skilled in Keyshot, SolidWorks, Rhinoceros, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong hand-sketching and visual communication skills (a plus).
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • A strong portfolio that highlights design process, creativity, and problem-solving.
