What do we do?

The Indirect Tax team supports EY’s Global Indirect Tax practice and clients in managing Indirect Tax services. Key support areas include:

• VAT / GST / Indirect Tax / Other Taxes / Compliance
• Accounts Reconciliation

What are you going to do?

• Manage VAT engagements, including preparation of VAT, Indirect Tax Returns, and Accounts Reconciliation, along with detailed planning and implementation
• Manage and enhance team effectiveness through regular training
• Ensure quality, turnaround time, and other service level agreement (SLA) requirements are met
• Develop and maintain quality and productivity metric tools
• Build relationships with user groups through reviews and feedback sessions focused on continuous improvement
• Follow up on tasks to ensure work meets quality standards and SLAs
• Identify and escalate risks appropriately
• Understand and comply with service planning
• Apply organizational and process skills
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Develop interpersonal skills, enjoy working with people, and focus on managing effective teams with adaptability and flexibility
