Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building web applications using Rails, Entity, Spring, or a similar MVC framework.
• 3+ years of experience using JavaScript and TypeScript to write SPA with React.
• 3+ years of experience with SQL databases (Postgres / RDS).
• 3+ years of experience with HTML and CSS for web apps.
• 3+ years of converting wireframes into production features.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal skills, strategic mindset, proactive collaboration; leadership a plus.
• Performance-minded, client/server optimization.
• Git for source control with GitHub.
• Experience in fast-moving environments with on-call rotations and SLAs/SLOs/RPOs/RTOs.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Drive innovation and build scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Staff Tech Leads to estimate and commit.
• Implement best practices, methodologies, and tools to optimize the development process and increase efficiency.
• Communicate with stakeholders, including senior leadership, on project status, risks, and issues.
• Participate in an on-call rotation.
