Immigration team w/ French Skills - EY Global Delivery Services

As part of the Switzerland Immigration team, you will work on Swiss immigration procedures and related activities for expatriates from various clients. Training will be provided by EY in Swiss technical areas before job assignment. Success factors include high quality work, strong technical knowledge, efficiency, and good communication skills. The role requires constant interaction with clients/expatriates in French and English.

Specific activities

1. Preparation of applications for different permits: renewals, extensions, and notifications to authorities.
2. Preparation of engagement letters, assignment, remuneration forms, powers of attorney, and justification/motivation documents.
3. Drafting letters/emails to authorities with documentation.
4. Tracking immigration procedures using EY tools.
5. Participating in weekly calls with seniors and managers.
6. Keeping the team informed of work progress.
7. Participating in technical training sessions.

Key Requirements

• Advanced students or graduates in International Relations, Public Translators, Economics, or related fields.
• French language proficiency at C1 level or equivalent, both written and verbal.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience with immigration procedures is an advantage.
• Previous corporate work experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
