Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years in software QA and automated testing.
- Experience writing Gherkin for BDD.
- Familiarity with prompt/harness engineering methods.
- Ability to build Agentic QA skills focused on quality engineering.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Build regression automation scripts to support app functionality.
- Manually test software for validation against defined criteria.
- Execute smoke, regression, integration, and performance tests.
- Document feature behavior with detail and accuracy.
- Record pass/fail conditions and link to bug IDs.
- Identify quality risks and raise issues.
- Collaborate with product team to ensure quality across SDLC.
- Incorporate user feedback from customer-facing teams into testing strategy.
- Assist in refinement and effort estimation for planning.
- Utilize GitHub to maintain automation repos and run scripts.
- Participate in On-Call rotation.
