AgileEngine is seeking a Software Quality Assurance professional to build and execute automated regression tests, while also performing manual validation to ensure software quality across releases. You will collaborate with product and customer-facing teams, contribute to testing strategy, and maintain automation in GitHub.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in software quality assurance role.
• 3+ years in automated testing.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Gherkin experience for behavior-driven development.
• Experience with prompt engineering and harness engineering.
• Experience building Agentic quality engineering skills.

Responsibilities

• Build regression automation scripts that support app functionality.
• Manually test software for validation and accuracy based on defined criteria.
• Execute smoke, regression, integration, performance and other testing types.
• Record detailed documentation of feature behavior.
• Record pass/fails and correlate failures to bugs.
• Identify and elevate risk to quality of the product or process.
• Collaborate with product team to ensure quality across SDLC and releases.
• Incorporate user feedback into testing strategy with customer-facing teams.
• Participate in refinement and estimations of effort for planning.
• Use GitHub to maintain automation repos and run scripts.
• Participate in On-Call rotation.
