Bayer is seeking a Site Strategy & PMO Coordinator for the María Eugenia Plant in Rojas, Buenos Aires. This role leads end-to-end governance of the transformation portfolio, ensuring strategic alignment, prioritization, execution and value capture across projects and initiatives to maximize plant results.

The position requires strong governance, cross-functional collaboration, and expertise in Lean/Six Sigma, with fluency in English and Spanish for executive interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in PMO and portfolio governance within manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional projects with Operations, Engineering, Quality and IT.
• Strategic thinking to link Product Supply and plant strategies to a prioritized portfolio.
• Strong governance, planning, risk management and results-oriented execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the María Eugenia Plant PMO and consolidate an integrated view of strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate governance processes, cadences, risk management and executive tracking.
• Drive value capture and monitor CAPEX/OPEX with clear recommendations.
• Partner with functions to ensure portfolio execution without hierarchical authority.
• Promote digitalization, continuous improvement and transformation initiatives.
