Medallia seeks a Semi Senior IT System Engineer for Identity and Access Management to join our global IT team. You will interact with internal and external vendors to deliver secure, high-performance IAM across our cloud presence, data centers, systems, and networks, including investigations into access modifications and user behavior.

The role prioritizes candidates in Buenos Aires or Mexico City vicinity with a hybrid work model (3 days onsite).

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on technical server support and user profile management.
• 3+ years building and maintaining external cloud/SaaS services.
• 1+ years managing IDP solutions (Okta, Entra ID, Ping).
• Knowledge of OSI model layers 3-7 and troubleshooting.
• Scripting/Automation: Python, PowerShell, etc.
• Experience with data reporting (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with MDM management (JAMF/Intune).
• Willingness to work from office as needed and travel to global offices.
• English proficiency in written and spoken form.

Responsabilidades

• Be the escalation point for access and authorization across IAM platforms.
• Monitor and enforce security posture and best practices.
• Collaborate with engineering, information security, and other teams to align goals.
• Hands-on development of IT infrastructure and service delivery.
• Develop and update online support docs and troubleshoot issues.
• Advise with a quality-first and learning mindset.
• Be a proactive team player delivering seamless technical solutions.
