Job summary
Siemens GBS Engineering is seeking an Electrical Engineer to support rolling stock systems, with integration of electronic/mechatronic components and development of technical concepts and schematics.
You will perform Root Cause Analysis, collaborate with customers, vendors and multidisciplinary teams, and leverage SAP where applicable. A degree in Electrical Engineering and fluent English are required; hybrid work model offered. This role provides opportunities for international project exposure.
Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or currently pursuing an advanced stage of studies.
- Experience with rail vehicles is a plus.
- Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Electrical engineering support for rolling stock systems.
- Electronic/mechatronic system integration according to new specifications.
- Development of technical concepts, specifications and schematics.
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA), troubleshooting and technical documentation.
- Collaboration with customers, vendors, and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
