Anyone Ai Inc. is seeking a Data Migration Lead for a 100% remote, full-time role. You will plan and drive end-to-end data migration activities for a major enterprise program, coordinating cross-functional teams and defining controls to ensure a reliable transition to the target system.

The role requires strong experience in data migration methodologies and ERP migrations such as S/4HANA, with English used for interviews and daily work. Work hours align with UTC 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Data Migration Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.

• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies
• Experience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred)
• Intermediate to advanced English — interviews and daily work conducted in English
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
